Ian Riseley - Sandringham, Vic., Australia

Ian Riseley is a chartered accountant and principal of Ian Riseley and Co., a firm he established in 1976. Prior to starting his own firm, he worked in the audit and management consulting divisions of large accounting firms and corporations.
A Rotarian since 1978, Ian is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Sandringham, Victoria, Australia. He has served RI as treasurer, director, and as member and chair of numerous RI and Foundation committees. Most recently, he served as a Trustee of The Rotary Foundation and co-chair of the 2016 (Seoul) Convention Committee.
Ian has been a member of the board for both a private and a public school, member of the Community Advisory Group for the City of Sandringham, and President of Beaumaris Sea Scouts Group. He has been President of Langi-Taan Ski Club as well as honorary auditor or advisor for a number of charitable organizations.
Ian’s honors include the AusAIDPeacebuilder Award from the Australian government in recognition of his work in East Timor, the Medal of the Order of Australia for services to the Australian community, and the Regional Service Award for a Polio-Free World from The Rotary Foundation.
Ian is married to Juliet, a past district governor. They are Major Donors and Bequest Society members of The Rotary Foundation. They have two children, and four grandchildren. Ian and Juliet live on seven hectares at Moorooduc where they practice their personal philosophy of sustainable and organic living.
Jennifer E. Jones

Jennifer E. Jones is president and CEO of Media Street Productions Inc. She actively participates on many boards in her community, including as past chair of the Board of Governors of the University of Windsor.
Jones has served Rotary as RI president’s representative; RI training leader; committee adviser, member, and vice chair; Rotary public image area and zone coordinator; leaders’ seminar trainer; moderator; and district governor.
Jones is a recipient of RI’s Service Above Self Award. She and her husband, Nicholas Krayacich, are members of the Arch Klumph Society, Paul Harris Society, and Bequest Society of The Rotary Foundation

Joseph Mulkerrin retired in 1982 from the U.S. Navy after a career of more than 21 years in both sea and shore duty.
A Rotarian since 1984, he has served as RI president’s representative, zone coordinator, Council on Legislation representative, committee and task force member, RI training leader, district Foundation chair, regional Rotary Foundation coordinator, and district governor.
Mulkerrin is a recipient of RI’s Service Above Self Award and The Rotary Foundation’s Distinguished Service Award.
He is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow and a member of the Paul Harris Society and Bequest Society of The Rotary Foundation. He and his wife, Ann, are Major Donors and Benefactors of The Rotary Foundation.
Bradford R. Howard (Brad)

Brad, a charter member of the Rotary Club of Oakland Uptown and Past District Governor of District 5170 (California’s Silicon Valley), is the Zones 25 & 26 Rotary International Director for the 2015-16 and 2016-17 Rotary years.
Brad has served on a number of Rotary committees, including the Membership Committee, COL Advisory Committee, and Operations Review Committee. He is currently the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the RI Board. He also served 10 years as the Zone 26 End Polio Now Coordinator, and has led 25 groups of Rotarians, comprised of over 1,000 people, to participate in polio national immunization days in West Africa and India.
He has extensive Rotary leadership training experience, including being a long time trainer at Presidents-elect Training Seminars and Governors Elect Training Seminars (GETS) and five years at the International Assembly, where the incoming class of 535 governors from around the world receive their training.
Brad is president of Howard Tours and managing director of Howard Properties. He is past president of the Haas School of Business Alumni Association (University of California, Berkeley), past board member and committee chair of the Cal Alumni Association, and trustee of the University of California, Berkeley Foundation.
He is a recipient of The Rotary Foundation’s Distinguished Service Award and Rotary’s Service Above Self Award and International Service Award for a Polio Free World.

Rotary Club of Naples (Florida)
John Smarge has been a Rotarian and resident of Naples, Florida since 1982. His classification is Moving and Storage. John and his wife Cindy are Major Donors and Bequest Society Members.
John served as President of The Rotary Club of Naples in 1992-93 and as District 6960 Governor in 1995-96. He was a member of the Rotary International Board of Directors in 2010-2012 and Chairman of the Executive Committee, 2011-2012.
John has twice been a Delegate to the Council on Legislation and has served as a Rotary International Membership Coordinator, Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator and Rotary Coordinator Training Leader.
John considers the most rewarding aspects of his many years in Rotary to be the opportunity to participate in the PolioPlus National Immunization Days in India and his medical missions to Ternopil, Ukraine. Over the recent years he has traveled numerous times to Haiti and other Caribbean islands providing humanitarian assistance.
John has received numerous awards for his Rotary Service including the Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service, the Distinguished Service Award the Rotary International Service above Self Award and was recognized in 1999 as the District 6960 Rotarian of The Decade.
John is a past Board Chairman of the Naples YMCA and served as Director on the board of the Boy Scouts of America, Shelter for Abused Women, Naples Girls Sports Foundation and Southern Community Bank. John and Cindy have three daughters.
